I would love if the New Game + had Armor upgrade same as the weapons. I haven't been able to earn any achievements though, because I am "not good enough" to play on base game settings.

I actually don't mind the NG+ difficulty its hard but fun (sometimes). For casual players it would be hell for sure. Still surprised +explosive resist on the NG+ trinkets actually don't do anything! DEVS!!

Armour upgrades past lvl9 and the chain reaction made from the infused explosions plus the spicy explosions are too powerful

My main problem is I feel forced to play on mild difficulty just to not get 1 shot. I hope armor can be upgraded to level 15.

I’ll be honest, I’m expect it to be a horrible balance patch. It seems like they just don’t care about new game plus and the updates are just to be there

Make it so when you go to a new new game + be able to buy the upgrades from last new game + like if you kissed 1 milk moler spend 20k or so to buy that 1 and finish your last upgrade or somthing like that sucks having to fined all but 1 or 2 and miss a full upgrade

all they need to do for balancing the difficulty is give armors limited upgrades based on the NG+ level, and maybe another effect at armor level 15 or so.

Over 40s button in settings which adds 150 millisecond window in perfect parrying 😂 but I haven’t tried triple damage resist yet, the black ant pet, trinket and tier 4 weapon. Wouldn’t mind armour upgrades, especially widow armour😅. NG+ is about longevity playing the game, not just difficulty spike. So I am happy with grinding if it is fun. But yes, have to add progress to have fun grinding. In that, weapons should be 25 to 30 levels, not 15, even if max power is still the same. Fusion stones same amount over the max level (105?) as the grinding is about right or could be lessened slightly, but could also change formula of fusion stones and then increase amount needed to over 105. Each upgrade should be flat or exponential, not logarithmic like they have where the flat 25% increase is nearly 20% damage boost lvl 9 to lvl 10 but is really only 8% lvl 14 to lvl 15. I don’t mind exponential fusion stone per level because ooze is exponential per NG+. The too hard to survive are the combo hits from bosses and bugs. Especially when shield breaks/it’s had it’s limit of hits and your shield drops and you take a barrage of hits. Maybe a leveling system for your shield as well, so shield solidifier doesn’t take up precious space in your trinkets.

Cheers for the update. Im nearly in ng+, just trying to finish up everything i can, one milk molar left to get. I found a way since the 1.4 update when they fixed the infected broodmother cheese method. There's still a way to get up high enough out of reach and cheese her with a bow. Killed her 7 time's now to get the armour and fungus bombs. Not seen any videos online showing my method, if you want i can send you the video to show how/where you can if you wanted to make a video on it?

My experience with Grounded on the Switch? Remove it from the Nintendo Shop!! This game is not meant for the underpowered hardware. This game looks and plays horribly on the Switch!

Honestly, the big wishlist changes I have are armor upgrading, elemental infusions only causing status effects, and truly infinite equipement upgrading. Start at 1 crystal and raise it by 1 for each level, increasing the cap by 5 for each NG+ chain. This way, it's more of a steady upgrade process that encourages pushing the limits of dedication, instead of bulky up front costs that annoy players.

I'm a pretty good player, and I don't say that to brag, I'm on PS5 at the moment. Grounded is one of the best survival games I've played, and that's saying something because it's usually not my cup of tea. But man, I find the difficulty really unbalanced. Mild is too freaking easy, but Medium is kinda really hard. That's my major complaint about the game. I could play Custom, sure, but this will deactivate the trophies sadly.

Need a way to lvl up armor and upgrade tier 1 and 2 gear for more builds.

My biggest problems when it come to the new game + was the mixr and the mantis boss the brood mother and queen bee were pretty good just those two I enjoy trying to find the milk molers tho but I know some people don’t like the hunt

Grounded on Switch is one of my favorite games next to Metroid Prime Remastered and Super Mario 3D Allstars. It keeps amazing me. Real-time shadows from the headlamp. Light passing through foliage is always amazing looking. The beautifull sunsets. But a handful of crashes though in my 320 hours of gameplay. Still amazing! ❤❤ also, I suck at NG+ and I find it hard even on mild. 😢

They need to change/balance the infected Broodmother. Changing difficulty does nothing

It may be a skill issue for me, but the sour affect on infused enemies is just broken. It deals way too much damage and stun locks you until you die. If you're in a defense event, and a sour ball hits a wall, it ricochets back and forth from another wall until they're destroyed, and they stick around forever.

A group of us friends started playing a couple months ago and think grounded has one of the best multiplayer experiences we've seen with the shared save system. We are very casual players that play at work and can't devote 100% of our attention to it. So when we heard your opinion of the new game plus mode, we just chose to go find a new game to play. We continue following your channel. Hoping to hear you have some good news so we can come back to grounded in the near future!

My wife built a high level hiway from our BBQ base to every major point of interest. It's higher then the head of the gnome statue and goes all the way to the hedge and all points in between

You know, I don't think ng+ isn't that bad, sure it has plenty of problems and it's not really balanced but most of is still possible but there is one thing in ng+ that made me go crazy and I literally suffered from doing and this thing is the javamatic defense. I don't know where to start it is just so hard that it's not even fun. (I got to ng+ 2 btw)

Hello, I'm pretty sure I'm pretty good at fighting games. But I'll be honest, NG+ sucks for me. It's not difficult, but it's not balanced at all. The game seems to want to force us to play with weapons that only require us to hold a shield. And what use are bows and staff in battle? Decreases all damage taken by 50% can't save my life. Because the staff from the infused insects dealt too much damage, it was crazy I love this game very much. But he made me feel like I was heartbroken

The scaling of all the options the player has is whats upsetting. NG is finally perfectly balanced with nearly everything having it's place. NG+ breaks this, many things dont scale at all making the gaps between the players options significant.

Playstation player and I been stuck on grounded the past months such an amazing game it sucks it's not a bigger known game

I’m not sure what they fully wanted ngl+ to be still, and as much as I know the player experience is ofc important, but idk to me ng+ is meant to be this massive difficulty turn up, and as much as some stuff does genuinely just feel stupid like the sour infusion, but still im on ng+4 and I don’t really mind it at all it is really hard but to me that’s what it’s all about, just trying to make myself better by playing more and more and learning new stuff even after hundreds and hundreds of hours of play time, some stuff definitely could change and maybe it should maybe it shouldn’t that’s not my place to say that, but idk I personally like how it is in most aspects, I don’t really want to be able to just fly through ng+’s I want it to be a massive achievement when someone says they’ve got to like ng+3 or something, still not exactly sure how I feel but I’ve been playing it for a good while now and I have a few breaks here and there but im really enjoying it currently, my main source of frustration comes from trying to grind good trinkets and infused weapons and they all just have like tenderfoot defence or victory feast or summon crit chance minor or something 😭

They need to just change the effects for bosses and bugs in general. This is especially to help even out the difficulties. The effects should be more of a newsence than a full on kill player like the sour mage mutagen, how it kind of stuns you. Get rid of the damage that the sour mage does for all bugs, because it is just to powerful in turns of how many spawn and how much damage it does. For the fire mage perk lower damage per seconds for each difficulties. Ice i think is fine it just slows you. Life leach should not trigger off of nearby building for some reason meaning screeching enemies can heal almost all there health aka the brood mother etc. New game + should be an increase in damage from insects by the main attacks and the side perks should not be how they currently are like that sour "mage," which just does way to much damage combined with stun. There are other perks also but you can come up with ways to balance those for your self. This is just my opinion and everyone has there own ideas. Oh one more thing for the explosive perk, make it have a timer for how often enemies can trigger it so it does not trigger on fast hitting enemies so often.

i think a few lvls of armour is all thats really needed combat wise! but yea the grind needs adjusting 4 sure im at about 700 hrs in and ng+2 but im starting to faulter just thru the grind

I still don't understand why people are complaining about elden rings dlc being too hard. Like its supposed to be hard do people not remember how hard every single souls like game was before you learned every enemy attack and got yhe best weapons and armor in the game....its supposed to be hard
